Data Services is at the heart of Freeflow Digital. Freeflow was founded to address an alarming trend: the balkanization of nonprofit data across multiple databases, both online and offline. As the Internet introduced newer and more effective tools for communication, advocacy and fundraising, nonprofits supporter data became increasingly fractured. Our data services unify constituent data so nonprofits can fully take advantage of it.
Analysis
During the discovery phase of our process, we put client data under the microscope so we can figure out how and why it can be improved, whether from cleaning, duplication, or wholesale restructuring.
Integration
We synchronize application databases so nonprofits can use a wider array of tools and services -- freeing up fundraising and marketing efforts from so-called "all in one" solutions. Reporting
We have a thing for reporting and visualization of data for nonprofits executives and their staff. We can help you build your own reports for your organization or build them for you. We specialize in dynamic reports and particularly relish data visualizations, mapping mashups, and drill-down and drill-through reporting.
Automation
If you have repetitive data tasks, odds are that they can be automated, and we love to help nonprofits automate data synchronization between systems. We often find ourselves automating data integration between an in house data source and a hosted vendor, like DIA or Blackbaud Kintera Sphere, but we also build automations between vendor hosted data platforms.
