Strategic Technology Consulting

Freeflow's strategic consulting services are based on real world experience and result in tangible plans of action

As a vendor neutral firm (we don't engage in strategic alliances or partnerships with any major vendors), we are equipped to offer software assessments and analysis, vendor review, and other kinds of technology consulting -- both on the "supporter side" (i.e. fundraising, membership, and communication), and on the operational side -- field work and internal management and communication.

Donor and Membership Management Assessment

Includes an in-depth analysis of CRM, web site, e-communications, and data management systems and processes. Delivery format: PDF and Spreadsheet documents.

Operational Needs Assessment

Includes an in-depth analysis of staff roles with respect to technology, internal communication, and external communication responsibilities (email marketing, social media, web content, etc.). Delivery format: PDF and Spreadsheet documents.

Vendor and Software Selection

Based on our needs assessment, our vendor analysis examines the suitability of one or more major software vendors in relation to client needs. Examples of vendors we evaluate are: Democracy in Action, Kintera/Blackbaud, Convio, and Salesforce. Delivery format: Collaborative meetings, PDF and Spreadsheet documents.

While of often conduct technology consulting virtually, we also find it very effective to conduct strategic consulting onsite and in-person. Freeflow has personnel in Eugene and Portland, Oregon, and in Austin, Texas. Contact us if you'd like to know how our consulting services might help your organization.
